Specific Terms and Conditions:

Promoter: A.G. BARR p.l.c. (us, we, our). 

Opens: 12:00 (midday) on Thursday 3 April 2025.

Closes: 12:00 (midday) on Friday 11 April 2025.

To enter: Instagram & TikTok entry only. Your pages need to be publicly viewable to enter. 

To enter on Instagram: 

  • follow the Rubicon RAW Instagram page (@rubiconRAW),
  • like the promotional post on the Rubicon RAW Instagram page, and 
  • tag a friend with unreal energy in the comments of the promotional post on the Rubicon RAW Instagram page.

To enter on TikTok: 

  • follow the Rubicon RAW TikTok page (@rubiconrawenergy),
  • like the promotional post on the Rubicon RAW TikTok page, and 
  • tag a friend with unreal energy in the comments of the promotional post on the Rubicon RAW TikTok page.

Eligibility: Open to UK legal residents aged 18+. Instagram and/or TikTok account and internet access required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary. One entry per account per social media platform. 

Prize: 2 x winners total. 1 x Winner per platform (Instagram & TikTok). Each winner will each win 1 x case (12 x 500ml cans) of Rubicon RAW in the following flavours (2 cases total per winner): 

1. Rubicon RAW Wave Editions Berry & Grape, and

2. Rubicon RAW Wave Editions Peach & Apricot.

Draw: 2 x winners will be drawn by us at random within five (5) working days from all valid entries received. We will contact the winner within five (5) working days of the closing date by tagging them in the comments of the promotional post asking the winner to message us via direct message (DM). Please look out for messages in your Instagram or TikTok account. The winner will be required to provide their name, UK address, telephone number and email address by DM reply within twenty-one (21) days of our DM. We may, at our sole discretion, require to see proof of age to ensure you are of an appropriate age to win the Prize.  If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. We will arrange for delivery of the prize to the winner via post to the UK address confirmed by the winner within twenty-eight (28) days of contact details being confirmed. 

The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be used by us to name the winner. The winner’s surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: Rubicon RAW Senior Brand Manager Brand Manager (Rubicon RAW Wave Edition Launch - Social Giveaway) - A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD within 3 months of closing date. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
